Cancellation Policy


Salon Red understands that not every appointment can be kept due to circumstances out of your control - things happen! I know emergencies come up and will work with you to get you cancelled and rescheduled. With that being said, time slots are very important to me and help keep the flow of business moving. If you need to cancel an appointment, please allow for at least 48 hours notice. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee may be charged.

A less-than 48 hour notice on standard appointments may result in a 50% to 100% charge of the appointment's cost.

Less than 72 hour notice on specialty appointments may result in a 50% charge of the appointment's cost.

"No show" appointments (no call or text cancellation notice at any point) may be charged 100% of the appointment's cost.


Late + Tardy Policy


Traffic, unscheduled dentist visits, meetings running long: life happens. While I will try my best to accommodate you, your appointment block is made specifically for you and the services you need. Because of this, I allow a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If I haven't heard from you after that 10 minute period goes by, I will try and reach you through your preferred method of contact. Depending on how late you may be running, we may have to reschedule your appointment or forgo parts of your appointment.


Service Guarentee


I always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me within five days of your appointment. I may schedule you to have your services adjusted free of charge. Issues reported more than five days from the date of service will be assessed by a case-by-case basis.
